Appointments

To book a massage therapy session online, simply click the button to the left and follow the directions. You can book as early as 6 weeks out, or as late as 2 hrs in advance. Please print and fill out the health history form and bring it to your first appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.

PLEASE NOTE:

I receive many appointment requests by phone and email and do my best to respond to all of them within a few days. To reduce the time it takes me to get back to you, please include the following in your message:

• Your full name, phone number, and email address
• Several days and times you are available for sessions, excluding Thursdays and Fridays
• The session length you wish to book
• If you’re looking for an appointment for the same week, please book online.

Directions

From Durham Freeway (NC-147), take the Swift Avenue exit. Go north on Swift (that’s a right if you’re coming from the south, and a left if you’re coming from the north).

Cross through the light at Main Street, where Swift turns into Broad Street. After two more lights, you’ll see a gas station and a Nice Price Books on the left; I am in the 4th house on the left. If you pass Green Street, you’ve gone too far.

Parking is behind the house or on the street in front. To park behind the office, pull in through the small gravel drive to the right of the entrance.  If you arrive early, please have a seat in the waiting room to the left of the front entry and treat yourself to a cup of tea or water; I’ll be with you promptly.
