The leaves are starting to drop, the windows stay open at night, and the Fall Equinox has come and gone… Welcome to Fall!
I don’t foresee changing much at the office for the time-being. I’ll keep my hours for now and see what the season brings.
I have updated my Facebook Page after many (many) months. Click the link to check it out and leave a (virtual) thumbs up!
The table warmer is primed and the towels are heating…Isn’t it time to book your next appointment?
Hope to see you soon!
I’m going to do some experimenting with my hours over the summer. I’ll have hours available from 9AM to 9PM Monday through Thursday with a long(ish) afternoon break, with Saturday and Sunday still to be ironed out. I’ll wait to update all of my listings online if these new hours work for clients. For now, if you see a time available on the Genbook schedule, it means it’s available to you.
Truthfully, I’m mainly making the change for my dog. It’s already warming up to the point that we take MANY breaks during our long walks, so my intention is to get out nice and early for the morning stroll, then wait ’til after sundown for the evening stroll. This means I may as well open the rest of my day to clients… as long as I get to take a bit of a siesta in the heat of the day 😀
There’s also a bit of new signage around the office. We now have a prominent 711 sign next to the entry drive as well as an official street sign designating our gravel drive as the corner of Alley #8 and Iredell Street! Finding my office can be a bit tricky the first time, so hopefully the new landmarks will help.
That’s all for now; stay cool, wear your sunscreen, and I hope to see you soon!
I’ve essentially opened up my schedule Saturday through Thursday. The best way to check availability is through the BookNow link on the right side of the page. I’ll be adjusting my hours as appointments come in for the week, but I’ll keep a broad span of time available.
I’ll also be open on Friday, July 3rd.
Hope to see you soon!
My schedule has officially changed to include Saturdays. While I’m “closed” on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, I will occasionally open the office during non-standard hours. If you see an opening on the schedule for a day that isn’t included in my normal business hours, please feel free to book the time.
We’re losing the rear entrance for the office. A new tenant has taken the back offices and I’d like to respect their space and minimize traffic. You’re still welcome to park behind the building on weekends and evenings, but please use the ground-level entry on the right side of the building (next to the Blue Bamboo storefront).
That’s all for now; hope to see you soon!
I’m shifting my schedule up a bit starting in May. Instead of being in the office Sunday through Thursday, I’m going to move to a Wednesday-Thursday, Saturday-Sunday schedule. My hope is that opening up Saturdays will make a difference in regards to convenience for some folks. Also, I can offer sessions from 9am to 9pm on Wednesday and Thursday.
If you have any questions please get in touch; hope to see you soon!
This has all happened pretty fast, so forgive my slapdash presentation.
I’ll be practicing in a new office at 711 Iredell St. starting February 1st, 2015.
Take a look at the Location page for more details.
…Guess I’ll have to change the name to “Just-Off-Broad Street Massage”.
More to come soon. Get in touch with me if you have any questions, and I hope to see you soon!
You can give the gift of massage this year by ordering a mailed gift card or an instant online gift certificate. They never expire and can be transferred to anyone. Consider giving the gift of relaxation and healing to those you care about.
Mailed gift cards usually arrive in 2 days when sent to a local address. Remember to order by 9AM on the 23rd for next day delivery in Durham.
I have the table warmer on, and the office is nice and cozy on these cold Winter days… Hope to see you soon!
I’ve finally gotten around to getting a facebook page set up for Broad Street Massage. It’s very much a work in progress, but just give a click here to check it out.
Thanks, and I hope to see you soon!
…Yahoo, Microsoft, and America Online may hate Genbook as well, but I can confirm that Gmail has been sending Genbook appointment confirmation and reminder emails to “spam”. PLEASE, check your junk folders for any correspondence from Genbook, and mark it “not spam” to ensure future emails get through.
I’m trying to resolve this with Genbook, but I think it’s more of a Gmail thing :-/
Nothing major, just a quick update to let you know I finally got around to having PayPal send me a credit card reader. I’ll be able to process cards in-office now which should make life a lil’ easier for everyone =)
Aside from that, I’m enjoying the longer, warmer days with Mowgli by my side… We’re also dodging poison ivy, but that’s part of the dog-walking package.
Thanks for checking in!
